Sharon Wiseman, 82, of Williams died Wednesday, December 1, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is entrusted with the services.
Sharon Kay Thorson, daughter of Cecil and Beulah (Beaty) Thorson, was born September 28, 1939 in Vermillion, South Dakota. She graduated from Elk Point High School in Elk Point, South Dakota and the University of South Dakota in Vermillion. On August 8, 1959, Sharon was united in marriage to Robert Allan Wiseman in Elk Point, South Dakota. She was a middle school teacher, a housewife and a antique dealer for many years.
She is survived by her sons, Curt Wiseman of Sundance, Wyoming, Doug (Lori) Wiseman of Williams, Iowa, Matt (Angela) Wiseman of Winterset, Iowa; five grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.
Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; parents, Cecil and Beulah; sisters, Lois Massey, Betty Abraham, Joanne Tuner and brother, Bruce Thorson.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Iowa Falls. Sharon enjoyed traveling, hiking, climbing mountains, and wintering in Arizona.
