Sadie Lundien
December 31, 1969 — October 7, 2020
Sadie Elizabeth Lundien was born on February 2,1952 to Avery Lundien and Selma Sprow Lundien. Sadie was an only child.
Sadie was born with disabilities. She lived with her parents and was very much loved by them. Due to her disabilities they were unable to care for her at home so when she was about seven years old, she was placed at the Woodward Resource Center, a home for people with disabilities. She lived there for many years until moving to Fort Dodge to the group home, Northwoods Living. Sadie enjoyed her years at Northwoods Living. Eventually her health started to decline, and she was no longer able to live there. She then moved to Southfield Wellness Community in Webster City until her death.
Sadie was preceded in death by her parents and several aunts and uncles. She is survived by the many friends and caregivers she has met over her lifetime. Sadie will be fondly remembered.
