Mary Jane Grove, 83, of Webster City, died Sunday, August 11, 2013 at Southfield Wellness Community. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Faith United Methodist Church with Rev. Michael Slininger officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center. Mary Jane Fisher, daughter of Ralph and Ethel Davis Fisher was born on December 30,1929 in Webster City. She received her education in Webster City. On December 30, 1950 she was united in marriage to Neal L. Grove at the Little Brown Church in Nashau. The couple farmed near Williams until 1968 when they moved to a farm north of Webster City. The couple later divorced. Mary enjoyed being a homemaker, crafts, crocheting, knitting, gardening and her solar yard ornaments. Most of all she enjoyed being a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Mary is survived by her daughters, Roshawna White of Kamrar; Cynthia Jane Anderson of Webster City; grandchildren, Shanda Bergantzel, Rusty Grove, Jerry Ford, Susan Obregon; great-grandchildren, Dylan, Brayden, Robbie, Alex, Tommy; sister-in-laws, Mary Lou Fisher of Webster City, Bernadene Fisher of Fort Dodge; many nieces and nephews; honorary daughters, Mitzi Basley, Denise McNew and Bobbie Hart. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Troy (Grover) Grove; son-in-law, Harold Anderson; brothers, Richard, Harold, Alvin (Buster), Donald; sisters, Helen, Betty, Margie and Barbara.
