Marcille Segar

Marcille D. Engels, daughter of Joseph and Elsie Danner Engels, was born on February 10, 1927 at the family home in Lehigh. She graduated from Eagle Grove High School in 1945. Marcy was united in marriage to Wilbur Segar on May 11, 1945 in Fort Dodge. The couple resided in Webster City. Survivors include her husband, Wilbur Segar of Webster City; son and daughter-in-law, Francis and Elaine Segar of Moorland; grandsons, Jeff and Todd Segar, both of Fort Dodge; brothers and sisters-in-law, Duane and Ruth Engels of Vincent; Darrel and Elnora Engels of Ft. Collins, CO; Robert Engels of Eagle Grove; Paul and Carol Engels of Austin, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Engels. Memorials may be left to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church or U Share, both in Webster City, Iowa.
