Kenneth K. Bellamy, 63, of Webster City, died Thursday, October 13, 2011 at his home. A Memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Foster Chapel, with Pastor Ray Artrip officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before the memorial service. Kenneth Kendall Bellamy, son of Carl and Sallie Christian Bellamy, was born February 12, 1948 at Atwell, West Virginia. He moved to Webster City in 1959 and graduated from Webster City High School in 1967. He then received his associate degree from Iowa Central Community College. On August 10, 1974, he married Frances Roe at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Webster City. The couple resided in Webster City. He had been employed at Arrow-Acme and the Fort Dodge Correctional facility. He is survived by his wife, Frances; brother, Harold Christian of Webster City; sisters, Carroll (Leo) Lanctot of Webster City; Linda Coon of Lakewood, CO; brother-in-law, Philip (Ellen) Roe of Appleton, WI; sisters-in-law, Margaret (Kurt) Miller of Eldridge; Gladys Walters of Union, WV; several nieces and nephews. Ken was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Douglas Christian; Carl Bellamy, Jr. in infancy; and sister-in-law, Raedean Christian. He was a member of U.A.W. Local # 442 and A.F.S.C.M.E.
