Donnie Baker, 71, of Ellsworth died Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at Mary Greeley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 30, 2022, at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center. Burial will be at Homewood Cemetery in Ellsworth.
Donnie John Baker, son of James and Edna (Smith) Baker, was born October 22, 1950, in Webster City. He graduated from South Hamilton High School in 1968 and later graduated from Iowa State University. He worked at Winfield and Land O’Lakes in Story City as a semi-driver.
He is survived by his sister, Jeanie Baker (Tony Nessa) of Webster City and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jack Baker, and Clark Baker; and sister, Sandra Lunde.
