Cheryl Kinser, 69, died November 9, 2022 in Hot Springs Village, AK. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Lawn Hill Cemetery, south of Stanhope with Rev. Patrick Jansen. Lunch will follow at the Stanhope Community building.
Cheryl Kinser, daughter of Joseph and Jacqueline (Zennie) Babowice Havlicek, was born July 29, 1953. On Christmas Eva of 1975, she was united in marriage to Patrick Kinser in Chicago, IL. Her nieces and nephews were always excited when “Aunt Cheryl and Uncle Pat” were coming to visit. She will be remembered for her classy tough love and loyal ways.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Patrick Kinser of Hot Springs Village, AR; mother, Jacqueline Havlicek of Story City; brother, Joseph Babowice of Clearwater, FL; sister, Jill Babowice of Stanhope; nephews, Johnathan (Liz) Busing of Stanhope, Patrick (Tracy) Jansen of Adel, John Jansen of St. Augustine, FL; nieces, Blaise Busing of Jewell, Teddi Busing of Story City, Megan (Joe) Loisi of Lockport, IL and sister-in-law, Patricia (John) Jansen of Waukee.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Babowice and great niece, Ella Mae Busing.
